Obama, Manchurian Candidate, old refrain

Barack Obama will not win the Democratic nomination for president. All the prejudices and preconceptions on the part of American voters, something Obama does not deserve that trust. It reminds me of The Manchurian Candidate, well maintained, very regular, always the right answers, but not quite. Coming from nowhere, it's just something that I do not trust him. The sad part is that the experts and the press seem to believe that he is a breath of fresh air in whatthe pool of American politics.

The man is well spoken and his presence is impressive. When he was in public policy, I might take a second look, but has too many answers for someone so new in the political arena. Unbelievable that people think its difficult to come to Washington and his special interests are something new. To quote the Washington Post referred to the recent YouTube debate:

It is unfortunate that memories are short. Each candidatePresident used the last thirty years, has done the same things, to change the time on how companies in Washington. And, every president does not make any changes to be as usual. If the Republican Congress and White House controlled no real changes were made. Now the Democrats control Congress and there are no real changes. We heard the same promises from Reagan, Bush I, Clinton, Bush II and we still hear them.

The basic requirement for the partObama and his predecessor are false. There will always be special interests and say that you must do to get away with their influence is naïve and is contrary to U.S. policy say that one hundred and first have a change of attitude of the representatives need Americans, it is only partially correct. Elected officials in Washington reflects only the reflection of the American public. The picture is one of apathy, confusion, lack of conviction and lack direction.

The AmericanOfficials do not know what they want and looking for someone to tell them what to do and how they plan to get. They think that life has become so complex, and the questions so confusing that they canceled the responsibility of almost every aspect of their lives in Washington. As long as the confirmed, Washington will continue to be the battleground for competing special interests and the promise of the candidate to change this are simply wishful thinking. After all, how are theirCampaigns funded?

While Obama is a good show, I can not help but wonder who is behind the scenes of his campaign. If someone gives a tone to be good to be true, especially in politics, is throwing red flags. The field of Democratic candidates are not impressive, but it's probably a given to win the White House in '08. Of course, they have been known to blow solid leads. If Hillary is nominated it would be unwise to choose Obama as VP. I'm sure it would beto make a lot of pressure, but it would be his undoing. Then you can see Obama is a politician and see if it true or just another Manchurian Candidate.

!1: Best Buy No matter how many books like this one come out loaded from beginning to end with FACTS, the liberals/progressives still cling to their Obama religion in the face of all reason, dismissing anything anti-Obama with their "clever", thought-bereft, and hate-smeared insults. I do agree with the reviewers who suggest that some of these books ought to be saved for the run-up to 2012 in the hope that some social justiceniks might pick one up and have their eyes opened in time for the next election.

My only other wish is that these books weren't always so expensive, so that I could afford to buy more of them. I never get tired of attempts to expose Obama for what he is, although it can get frustrating if not downright depressing to know that so many people are still so blind. The ray of light is that these books are usually on the best seller lists, showing either a) a large-scale desire to know more about the real Obama, or b) an inability among those who already know the truth to look away from a disaster.

And no, I haven't read this particular book yet, so you gleeful liberals who haven't read it either can refrain from dismissing my comments on that basis. I already know enough to be aware that Obama is the worst person to ever be in a position of power in this country. on Sale!

The message it sends is that the so-called Maccarthyists in the USA were in fact the enemies of America and not champions of democracy and other values the USA would like to promote.the characters in the book are certainly interesting and there is avery "noir" ambiance throughout the story. the message that comes accross is that one should never look at the obvious, there are dark forces at play. The main character Raymond Shaw is the clue which to the wider conspiracy. when I first saw the first movie version of this book, It fascinated me and I thoguht of it as one of the best thrillers I ever saw. I saw the movie again many years later in a New York cinema. the second version with Denzil Washington is nowhere as good and its attempt to place the story in a modern context rather than the cold war setting is in my view not a good idea. The mandchurian candidate is definitely a book that I recommend to anyone who like political thrillers.

±1±: Best Buy This book is a must read for all, especially Democrats and Independents. As a former Gore and Kerry supporter, I was skeptical at first, but this book was an eye opener. This book looks at Obama's record as a US Senator and attempts to do the same with his record as a state senator.

It also looks at the mentors who shaped Obama's philosophy during the early stages of his adult life and political career. The authors do a good job at separating Obama's philosophy from his speeches. They also do a good job at examining the liberation theology espoused by Obama's former pastor Rev Wright. This examination refrains from discussing the controversial comments replayed during the last several months. Rather, it looks at the core philosophy of this type of theology and the implications it may have on an Obama presidency.

Overall, this book does a good job of showing that Obama's centrist type speeches do not always ring true and it shows how he has some of the most far left views on taxes, government programs, education, abortion, and foreign policy. The only reason I refrain from giving it five stars is that the authors were not able to examine several of the records during Obama's years as a state senator. However, they claim they were not able to do this because these records have been unavailable for public review. on Sale!
